At Ingenico, trust and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do. /ppThis role combines application development, database management, and data analytics skills to ensure reliable data, efficient tools, and meaningful KPIs that support and monitor operational performance across the organization. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3h3Applications Systems Development /h3ulliManage, maintain, and develop internal applications used by the ITA Hub. /liliImplement new functionalities and continuously improve existing tools. /liliDevelop and maintain MySQL databases supporting business applications through PHP development. /liliEnsure the reliability and efficiency of internal systems and tools. /liliProvide user support and troubleshoot operational issues when required. /li /ulh3Data Analysis, Reporting KPI Management /h3ulliCollect, process, and analyze data from company systems and operational processes. /liliDevelop KPIs to monitor logistics and warehouse performance, including cost recharges, carrier performance, and internal process efficiency. /liliDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel. /liliPrepare regular reports, analyses, and presentations for management. /liliEnsure the quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data used in business decision-making. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.



/li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Education Experience /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. /liliRecent graduates are welcome to apply. /liliAlternatively, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Data Analysis, Reporting, Business Systems, or Programming role. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. /liliGood knowledge of Power BI. /liliGood knowledge of SQL / MySQL. /liliExperience developing and maintaining applications using PHP. /liliFamiliarity with relational databases and data management principles. /liliKnowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage. /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliFluent Italian (mandatory). /liliGood command of English (mandatory). /li /ulh3Personal Skills /h3ulliStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities. /liliStrong attention to detail and data accuracy. /liliCollaborative attitude with excellent stakeholder management skills. /liliProactive approach and continuous improvement mindset. /liliWillingness to learn and grow within an evolving logistics environment. /li /ulpAs part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
