The role acts as a key link between Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistic and Customer Service, ensuring the alignment of production plans with business objectives while balancing capacity, inventory, and cost targets. /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ul liDevelop and maintain the mid and long-term production planning strategies. /li liLead the production planning team and ensure the effective execution of planning processes and priorities. /li liManage demand forecasts into feasible production plans, balancing customer requirements, manufacturing capacity, and inventory objectives. /li liPrepare and manage RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) by integrating Demand Planning forecasts, ERP data, and operational constraints. /li liMonitor production plan adherence and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints. /li liDefine and track planning KPIs, analyze root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions to improve performance. /li liOptimize inventory policies, safety stocks, planning parameters,



and reorder settings to achieve target service levels while minimizing working capital through daily master data accuracy within ERP systems (SAP). /li liSupport SOP / Integrated Business Planning processes by providing accurate capacity and production scenarios. /li liLead cross-functional meetings aimed at improving supply reliability, service performance, and operational efficiency. /li liSupport new product launches, phase-ins, phase-outs, and portfolio rationalization activities from a planning perspective. /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and certifications (e.g., IFS, ISO standards), actively contributing to risk prevention and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liPromote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision-making within the organization. /li /ul h3View details /h3 pWill manage other people: bYes /b /p pType of contract: bPermanent job /b /p pApplied CLA: bCHIMICA - Industria /b /p h3Skills required /h3 pbequirements: /b /p ul liFluency in English /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain functions. /li liPrevious experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Food, Pharmaceutical, or other high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.



/li liProven experience in managing planning teams and coordinating cross-functional projects. /li liAdvanced knowledge of production planning and scheduling methodologies (MTS, MTO, ATO, Kanban, finite capacity planning). /li liStrong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning processes. /li liExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent). /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. /li liExperience managing external manufacturers and subcontractors. /li liFamiliarity with SOP / IBP processes and demand-supply balancing techniques. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liLeadership and people management capabilities. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. /li liResults-driven mindset with strong organizational skills. /li liDecision-making based on data and performance metrics. /li liAbility to influence cross-functional teams and drive change. /li liTeamwork and team leadership /li liProblem solving /li /ul pbThe role is classified under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical Industry (CCNL Industria Chimica). /b /p pbThe final compensation package will be defined in accordance with the selected candidate's professional experience, competencies, and qualifications. /b /p pZobele by kdc/one is an Equal Opportunity Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and qualifications. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
