Your contribution:
You will proactively follow industry news, technology, and key market competitors
You will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirements
You will respond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathic manner
You will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines
You will maintain back of house stock storage organization
You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly – motivated team

You will fit perfectly into our team if:
You have at least 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service, preferably in watches, jewelry, or fashion
You have a genuine interest in high-end products, particularly luxury watches
You have a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are able to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
You have high standards of personal presentation,

with the ability to maintain the boutique's appearance and organization
You are fluent in Italian and English, proficiency in additional languages being a plus
You are willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the business needs
