ppWith more than 40 years of experience focused on metals worldwide, Danieli Automation is a technological partner for production management, process and equipment control, advanced instrumentation, and state-of-the-art electrical solutions. /ppWe are currently increasing our Commissioning team within the Danieli Automation division. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the on-site installation, perform the commissioning + testing of low voltage and medium voltage power-system equipment (Danieli Automation LV and MV power electronics equipment and main vendors LV/MV products) and demonstrate the full operation of the equipment to the customer according to project and contractual requirements; /liliTake part to equipment internal test activities in Danieli Automation facilities or to its partner-suppliers' facilities; /liliSupport after sales technical activities on site or remotely; /liliEvaluate the impact of a modification in terms of necessary working hours; /liliDefine the re-planning of activities and resources; /liliParametrize and tune the inverters according to technical description, flowcharts, cyclograms, data sheet, customer requested; /liliWrite and test code according to technical description, flowcharts, cyclograms, data sheet in accordingly with the requirements coming from the technical offices/on-site team; /liliProduce detailed analysis about any possible issue encountered in the project; /liliTroubleshoot or support the trouble shooting in cooperation with other specialists and suggest/develop modifications to the software and electrical diagrams by selecting the most appropriate solution to the issue; /liliProduce reports to monitor the progress of commissioning,



and keep updated HQ; /liliProduce the final technical report to describe the status of the plant at the end of commissioning; /liliGenerate and manage project punch list and evaluate the time and needs to close all points; /liliProduce as built regarding all software and documents provided; /liliParticipate actively to lesson learnt meetings to improve equipment and engineering on the base of the outcomes of the projects completed; /liliWork according to the Company policies; /liliWork closely with other staff, such as site managers, mechanical supervisors, electrical supervisors, customer managers or supervisors; /liliWork according to safety rules - standard by using suitable PPE; /liliWork in compliance with the culture and laws of country where the site is placed; /liliPromote a positive work culture. /li /ulh3Technical Requirements /h3pGood knowledge of drive systems (at least some of): /pulliSINAMICS SM150 Series /liliABB ACS 6000 Series /liliTMEIC TM Drive Series /liliABB DRIVE ACS 800 - 880 /liliABB DRIVE DCS 800 - 880 /liliSIEMENS 6RA80 /liliCODESYS programming language /liliPreferable experienced in steel industry /liliKnowledge of metallurgic plants as Hot Rolling mill - Cold Rolling - Melt shop /liliKnowledge of motors, transformers and power relays principles /liliKnowledge of control techniques.
