ppbLocation: /b Milan, Italy (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office) /ph3About the Role /h3pWe are looking for a bCommercial Sales Support Specialist /b to join our Milan office on a b1-year fixed-term contract /b. Working in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office), you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, supporting administrative, commercial, and logistics activities to ensure the efficient management of quotations, orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer claims. /ppThe ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and thrives in a dynamic, international environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare, process, and send customer quotations using SAP, while coordinating pricing activities. /liliManage customer orders, including order entry, verification, production follow-up, and customer confirmations. /liliCoordinate deliveries by validating delivery dates, communicating with customers, and resolving any delivery issues. /liliProcess and monitor invoicing, payments, and outstanding receivables. /liliRegister, monitor, and manage customer claims, including cost validation. /liliMaintain accurate documentation and filing of orders, invoices, and customer correspondence. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliHigh school diploma or associate/bachelor's degree. /liliMinimum of b5 years of experience /b in a similar commercial or customer service support role.
