Manager / Team Leader

In this role, you will lead analytics projects within ABB’s Electrification Business Insights team, shaping data-driven insights and efficient operations. You will coordinate with ABB Business Areas and Group Functions to connect objectives with data and systems, drive data migration and reporting, and oversee cloud and data platform initiatives. You’ll pilot advanced analytics concepts, including AI/ML approaches, to unlock value and continuous improvement across the business.

- Lead analytics projects in partnership with ABB Business Areas and Group Functions
- Develop data migration, validation, and reporting processes
- Establish quality controls and ensure alignment with requirements and internal controls
- Manage analytics infrastructure with IT and third-party providers
- Adapt architecture for changing requirements and business objectives
- Explore data integration, cloud platforms, and AI/automation opportunities
- Pilot advanced analytics methods and AI/ML applications in business use cases
- Proven experience (>=10 years) as senior analyst or analytics manager




- Strong SAP ECC and S4/HANA knowledge and ability to map requirements to SAP data
- Hands-on data engineering, analytics and visualization tool experience (Informatica, Talend, Qlik Data Integration, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, KNIME, Dataiku)
- Experience administering cloud data platforms (Snowflake or Databricks)
- SQL scripting proficiency with high performance
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud data architecture and integrations
- Expert in building data flows and automations
- Understanding of manufacturing business processes and enterprise authentication/security concepts
- Strong teamwork, stakeholder management, and communication in English
- Project management and cross-cultural leadership ability
- Managerial courage in addressing difficult issues
