ppIn this role you drive WMS solution delivery from requirements through go-live and hypercare, acting as the main liaison between software factory and operations. You lead testing phases, manage design and change requests, and ensure alignment with business needs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, resolve issues via root cause analysis, and keep stakeholders informed with KPI‑based progress. and IT /liliSupport operations in process discussions and understanding /liliServe as primary contact between software factory and business operations to balance priorities /liliDeliver WMS solutions from requirements to go-live and hypercare /liliIdentify gaps and evaluate solution proposals /liliReport bugs and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues /liliCollaborate with operations engineers and process owners to refine business specs for new functionalities and process improvements /liliMonitor progress and report according to identified KPIs /liliCommunicate with customers and internal stakeholders /liliDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering (preferred) /lili3–5 years in software delivery/solution implementation /liliHands‑on WMS experience; Blue Yonder knowledge is a plus /liliSQL knowledge mandatory; Jira, Confluence and Xray experience a plus /liliProven ability to learn new software applications quickly /liliStrong problem solving and data analysis skills /liliAbility to summarize complex information clearly /liliCustomer and vendor support experience /liliAbility to plan workloads in dynamic, multi-priority environments /liliFluency in Italian and English; additional European language a plus (French preferred) /liliTeam-oriented and collaborative; comfortable working in a matrix organization /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
