Retribuzione / Benefits * Evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial statements and credit reports * Analyze medium-to-large prospects to support credit decisions * Monitor credit ratings and identify potential risks * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer financial data * Manage credit limit exceedances and account blocks per policy * Monitor customer payments and outstanding amounts * Handle bank account changes and SEPA mandates * Support cash collection and debt recovery activities * Issue credit notes per procedures * Support fraud monitoring and prevention activities Responsabilità * Bachelor's degree * 2+ years of customer service experience in a commercial service company * Knowledge of credit information providers and commercial databases * Experience reviewing company reports, credit bureau data, and financial documentation * Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection * Familiar with MS Office and MS Dynamics * Proficiency in English (B1) * Excellent communication skills * Strong customer orientation * Proactivity and high attention to detail * Good team player Requisiti fondamentali * flexible working hours * hybrid work model * health management * parent-child offices * support for eBike leasing * development opportunities #J-*****-Ljbffr
