Sustainability Manager - Food & Beverage Sector

Responsibilities * Lead client engagements in the Food & Beverage sector. * Manage major accounts and complex projects. * Cultivate strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities. * Collaborate with internal experts to ensure quality and consistency across delivery. * Mentor junior colleagues and support their growth. Requirements * 5–8+ years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting. * Good understanding of key challenges in the Food & Beverage sector. * Proven experience in project management. * Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. * Master's degree or equivalent experience that equips you to guide companies to understand and design transformative and science-based strategy (Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics...). * Science-based mindset. * Motivated for teamwork and can coach, teach and mentor team members with your knowledge and skills. * Confident using generative AI tools, while maintaining a critical and thoughtful mindset. * Communicate effectively in fluent Italian and English. #J-*****-Ljbffr
