We are looking for a Real estate Financial Controller for one of our clients, a fashion retail / international sport business company with HQ in Como. ideal candidate profile As a Real estate Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial operations of our construction projects and our business with a focus on retail/rent in Italy. Your role will involve financial planning, budget management, and analysis to ensure the success and profitability of our funds business. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models. * Provide financial guidance and analysis for commercial office redevelopment projects. * Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial goals are met. * Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.



* Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk assessments. Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field * Previous experience as a Financial Controller in the real estate/property/retail * Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Effective communication and leadership abilities Request: Fluent English.
