With over 800 professionals operating from Italy, UK, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Ireland, the Group serves clients in 4 continents, supporting approximately 100,000 investment professionals to manage more than €1 trillion in assets. /ppTo strengthen our team in bMilan /b we are currently looking for a: /ph3Junior Technical Delivery Engineer /h3pWe are looking for a Junior Technical Delivery Engineer to join our Digital Experience team and support the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS solutions for wealth management and financial institutions. /ppIn this role, you will contribute to the implementation and operational support of our products across customer environments, working with product team through on different phases — from solution analysis, in collaboration with business analysts, through deployment, go-live and post-production support — ensuring high-quality delivery. /ppThis is a hands-on role ideal for who enjoys technical execution, troubleshooting and collaboration in an international SaaS environment. You will work across Delivery, DevOps and Support activities. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3pIn Coordination with the Delivery Manager and supported by the product development team, the candidate will contribute to the following activities: /pulliFollow the implementation lifecycle of one or more projects, including project analysis, solution configuration, deployment on customer environments (cloud and, where applicable, on-premise) /liliAssist with the application deployment and configuration on container-based environments (Docker, Kubernetes)



and AWS services /liliSupport customers throughout the project lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live and post-go-live evolutive maintenance /liliCollaborate with client technical teams (IT, security, compliance teams) during implementation, with particular attention to the requirements of banking and wealth management clients /liliExecute troubleshooting in production, analysing structured logs, APM tools, distributed traces, and observability platforms (OpenTelemetry, Grafana stack) /liliContribute to incident analysis and root-cause investigation, working closely with the product development team /liliProduce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and implementation playbooks to standardize and scale delivery processes /liliWork in synergy with the product development team to feedback operational insights in a collaborative perspective of product improvement /li /ulh3Required Skills - Technical /h3ulli2-4 years of experience in technical support, software delivery or implementation activities for enterprise software solutions /liliGood technical background with proven experience in Linux OS, microservices architectures /liliHands‑on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration on Kubernetes /liliWorking knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server or equivalent) /liliFamiliarity with cloud environments, ideally AWS /liliAbility to read and reason about application code and logs (Java / Spring Boot or equivalent JVM stack) for troubleshooting purposes — no active feature development is required /liliExperience troubleshooting issues in production, including incident triage, log analysis and coordination with development teams /liliExperience with observability tooling: structured logging, APM,
