ppAs a Corporate Real Estate Analyst at Hitachi Energy, you will manage and improve the global portfolio data, focusing on accuracy and actionable insights.
You will work with Archibus data, lease information, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable informed portfolio decisions and reporting.
You will train and support users, oversee lease administration, and translate complex real estate data into clear business insights.
The role combines data, reporting, and presentation work to support the Global Portfolio Management division and sustainability goals.
