/ppWe are looking for an experienced and proactive bAccounting Manager /b who will oversee the company's administrative and accounting activities while contributing to the development of efficient financial processes and internal controls.
/ppThe person will directly report to our CFO and act as a key business partner for local management and the Finance teams at Headquarter, ensuring compliance with Italian regulations and supporting the company's organizational growth.
/ppThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an evolving environment where processes are continuously improving and collaboration across international teams is essential.
/pulliOversee and coordinate all accounting activities of the Italian Business Unit, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution; /liliEnsure compliance with Italian accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate requirements; /liliManage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes; /liliCoordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements and support external and internal audits; /liliPrepare accurate financial reports and accounting packages for local Management and Headquarters; /liliSupervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets,



and treasury activities; /liliEnsure timely tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisors and accounting consultants; /liliMonitor cash flow and support financial planning activities; /liliMaintain and strengthen internal controls in accordance with Group policies and local regulations; /liliDevelop, implement, and continuously improve accounting procedures and administrative processes; /liliCollaborate closely with the Headquarters Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting; /liliCoordinate relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, banks, and public authorities; /liliSupport ERP implementation, system enhancements, and finance process digitalization initiatives; /liliLead, coach, and develop the Accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement; /liliSupport the Finance Director and local Management by providing reliable financial information and accounting insights to facilitate business decisions.
/liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; /liliAt least 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or administration,



with experience in a managerial role; /liliStrong knowledge of Italian accounting principles, tax regulations, and corporate compliance; /liliExperience in multinational companies or fast-growing organizations; /liliExperience working with international headquarters; exposure to Asian business environments is considered a plus; /liliExperience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; /liliExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset; /liliAbility to build, optimize, and standardize processes in a growing organization; /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures; /liliItalian mothertongue and fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.
