Specialista Senior / Project ManagerIn this role you will develop, validate, and optimize bakery applications to drive product innovation and technical-commercial growth.
You will work closely with technical, sales, and marketing teams to bring innovative, functional, and sustainable bakery solutions to market.
You'll lead lab and pilot-scale trials, document results, and support customer projects from concept to launch.

prototypes, and technical documentation for development and customer presentationsAssist in launching new bakery solutions with the technical marketing teamEnsure project knowledge and data are documented and shared within the teamEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and food hygiene standards during activitiesDegree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related scientific disciplineAt least 5 years of experience in a technical or application development role within the food industry, preferably bakeryStrong understanding of bread, sweet baked goods, cakes, laminated products, and gluten-free bakery productsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projectsTeam-oriented with ability to collaborate across technical, sales, and marketing functionsGood command of English (written and spoken)Accurate, scientifically curious, and passionate about food innovation#J-*****-Ljbffr
