ph3Slickline Supervisor /h3 pbLocation: /b Italy (onshore/offshore projects)br/bEmployment Type: /b Local payroll or freelance contractor /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs a Slickline Engineer, you will be responsible for leading slickline operations across a range of well types, including complex HP/HT and sour wells. You will manage service crews, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, and deliver reliable results in line with client requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead slickline service crews, supervising and coordinating well intervention activities. /li liCarry out calibration, maintenance, and repair of slickline service equipment. /li liExecute slickline operations including fishing, calibration, lock mandrel setting, SCSSV testing, memory gauge profiling, and wellhead maintenance. /li liProvide timely reporting and operational documentation to the client. /li liLiaise with Company Representatives, ensuring service quality and compliance. /li liIdentify and report deviations, risks, or functional problems promptly.



/li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul libEducation: /b Technical high school diploma or equivalent qualification. /li libExperience: /b ul libStandard Wells: /b Minimum 5 years of slickline experience. /li libComplex Wells (Deepwater / HP/HT / Sour): /b 8+ years, including at least 2 years as Chief Operator. /li /ul /li libSpecialist Knowledge: /b ul liBasic, Advanced Slickline Slickline Fishing operations. /li liProficiency with lock mandrel setting, sleeve operations, SCSSV testing, and memory tools. /li /ul /li libCertifications Training: /b ul liWell Control Certification Level 4 (IWCF, IADC Well CAP, or equivalent, as per IOGP 476). /li liFirefighting, H2S, First Aid, Confined Space / Polluted Environment training. /li liOffshore Safety (BOSIET, HUET, EBS). /li /ul /li libSkills: /b Microsoft Office suite, strong reporting/documentation. /li libLanguages: /b Italian and English (fluent). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
