/pp· Develop and execute channel strategies in partnership with global leadership.
/pp· Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to grow market reach.
/pp· Build strong, lasting relationships with channel partners and act as their main point of contact.
/pp· Provide partners with training, tools, and support to drive sales performance.
/pp· Monitor performance, analyze trends, and share insights for continuous improvement.
/pp· Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and initiatives that boost partner engagement.
/pp· Resolve partner-related issues efficiently and professionally.
/pp· Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.

/pp Qualifications: /pp· Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are a strong plus.
