pAs Contract Administrator at Arcadis, you will support complex construction projects within an international team.
You will help manage the contract lifecycle, including change orders, notices, and close-outs, ensuring alignment with schedules and master agreements.
You'll work closely with project teams to mitigate risks, inform on contract specifics, and enable timely decisions.
This role offers exposure to high-profile projects in a global leader focused on sustainable design and engineering.
/pulliAttend weekly change triage meetings to provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders /liliPrepare change order contract documents aligned with supplier master agreements and PSR, and submit for processing /liliTrack execution and inform project team upon completion of change orders /liliClose out provisional change orders with project team /liliClose-out claims in collaboration with project team /liliAdvise and draft formal notices with input from project team /liliTrack contractual milestones and update contracts to align with project schedule /liliInform project team of executed contracts and highlight gaps or important specifics (OFCI vs CFCI) /liliEnsure correct use of Contract Management tools and forms /liliProvide support on taking over project and execution of Taking Over Certificate (TOC)



/liliManage overall Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and notify when extensions/procurement activities are needed /liliContractually manage final account and close-out of all project awards /liliAround 3-8 years' experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent in construction /liliMSc Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or strong engineering background /liliFluent in English and Italian (B2/C1), both spoken and written /liliDirect experience in Data Center construction is a strong plus /liliKnowledge of international construction standards and practices /liliExperience supporting sourcing, procurement and contracts management for large-scale construction programs /liliExperience in General Contractor companies is a plus /liliExperience supporting Global Clients on International projects is a plus /liliStrong oral and written communication skills /liliSelf-motivated, team-oriented and flexible, with initiative /liliAbility to maintain productivity in remote/hybrid work scenarios /li /ulAs Contract Administrator at Arcadis, you will support complex construction projects within an international team.
