ppAs part of the ongoing development of the new Roberto Cavalli Operating organization, The Level Group is building a dedicated Operations team to support the brand's product lifecycle from product development through production and delivery.
/p pWe are looking for a talented Product Master Data Specialist (BOM Master Data) to join our team in Milan.
This role will be responsible for managing product master data throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and completeness of Bills of Materials (BOMs), product codes and technical information that support Product Development, Production, Purchasing and Planning activities.
/p pThe ideal candidate combines exceptional attention to detail with a solid understanding of fashion product structures and ERP processes, playing a key role in ensuring reliable data across all operational functions.
/p bWhat you'll do: /b ul lipCreate, maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), product master data and product structures throughout the product lifecycle.
/p /li lipManage product codes, material master data, color variants, size scales and technical product information within the company's ERP and PLM systems.
/p /li lipEnsure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of product master data across all business systems.
/p /li lipCollaborate closely with Product Development, Purchasing, Production, Planning and Quality teams to guarantee timely and accurate product information.
/p /li lipSupport new collection launches by ensuring all product data is correctly created and maintained according to seasonal calendars.
/p /li lipMonitor data quality, identify inconsistencies and proactively implement corrective actions.
/p /li lipProduce reports and support cross-functional analyses related to product data and operational processes.
/p /li lipContribute to the continuous improvement of product master data governance, processes and system efficiency.
/p /li /ul bWhat we're looking for: /b ul lip2+ years of experience in Product Master Data, Product Operations, Product Lifecycle Management or similar roles.
/p /li lipPrevious experience in the fashion/luxury industry is mandatory.
/p /li lipExperience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), product master data and ERP systems.
/p /li lipExcellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
/p /li lipAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP and/or PLM platforms is highly preferred.
/p /li lipStrong analytical and organizational skills.
/p /li lipAbility to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
/p /li lipProactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
/p /li lipFluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
