Experteer Overview As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's strategic customers, shaping architecture, deployment, and outcomes. You'll collaborate with Deployment Strategists to set high engineering standards and mentor other builders. You'll pilot new AI tools, integrate LLMs, and translate field insights into product improvements. This role offers the chance to impact large-scale enterprise AI programs within a leading AI-enabled CRM platform. Retribuzione / Benefits * Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from architecture decisions to production handoff * Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including multi-agent orchestration and integration patterns * Manage data lifecycle for AI apps across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms * Resolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, and orchestration, ensuring performance and reliability * Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployments * Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with a balance of speed and correctness * Codify learnings into reusable assets and playbooks for the organization * Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing sessions * Provide technical depth on critical deployments and surface field insights to Product and Engineering * Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into shippable agentic solutions * Contribute to roadmap influence by feeding real-world edge cases back to product teams Responsabilità * 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in AI, cloud, or SaaS * Degree in Computer Science or a related field * Proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; familiarity with others * Experience integrating LLMs into production and using LangChain or LlamaIndex; applying prompting and responsible AI practices * Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks * Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs * Entrepreneurial, fast-delivery mindset with judgment to slow down when needed * Mentoring technical talent and creating reusable assets such as frameworks and playbooks * Clear, credible communication with engineers, customer architects, and executives * Willingness to travel to customer sites; business proficiency in Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali * CS degree or related field #J-*****-Ljbffr
