About your mission: Space Industries S.p.A. is looking for an experienced IT System Specialist to join its IT team. The role focuses on the administration on?premises, virtualized, and cloud?based infrastructures, within a security and compliance?driven environment (ISO *****, GDPR, NIS2). The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring system security, operational continuity, working closely with internal stakeholders and security functions. Key Responsibilities * Secure configuration, hardening, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments, in line with industry security standards * Creation, editing and maintenance of access and access groups, and Azure Active Directory federation * Infrastructure monitoring, support, and maintenance * Data protection activities aligned with GDPR, ISO *****, and NIS2, including audit support and security documentation * Backup management and supporting Infrastructure as Code practices * Continuous security improvement, threat monitoring, proactive risk reduction,
and participation in security awareness initiatives Required Skills & Experience * 3-4 years of experience as a System Specialist / IT Infrastructure Engineer * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems * Experience with virtualized and cloud environments * Background in IT security, system hardening, and compliance * Hands?on experience with Azure Active Directory, IAM, SSO, and MFA * Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken * Driving license and own vehicle Soft Skills * High level of autonomy in the role * Strong collaboration and proactivity * Excellent problem?solving skills * Ability to work in structured, security?focused environment Nice to Have * Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Linux, Security) * Experience in regulated or industrial sectors * Background in aerospace or high?tech environments What We Offer: * Terziario - Confcommercio(CCNL)contract with compensation based on experience and skills. * Competitive pay * Additional private health insurance, on top of the coverage provided under the national collective labour agreement * Flexible working hours * Up to €2,000/year of welfare * Meal vouchers (€8/day) * Health insurance * Great opportunities for professional growth and technical leadership. * A dynamic and innovative work environment in the aerospace sector. * Gross annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €33,000, paid over 14 monthly instalments. Placement within the salary range will be determined based on the candidate's professional experience, technical skills, and the level of autonomy and responsibility required for the role.
