Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you will enable cost optimization and stronger supplier performance across ABB's global procurement network. You'll blend financial acumen, data analytics, and sourcing knowledge to deliver actionable insights and governance improvements. You will work with cross?functional teams across geographies in a hybrid/remote setup, shaping procurement standards and dashboards. You will contribute to sustainability targets and risk analysis, driving value through data?driven decisions. This is an impact?oriented role for someone who thrives in a fast?paced, globally connected environment. * Develop and maintain global spend analytics dashboards and category spend reports using SAP, Power BI, or similar tools * Contribute to procurement standards, tools, and processes across the global organization * Perform PPV analysis, cost forecasting, and track savings against targets * Monitor supplier KPIs and support QBR preparation * Support sustainability targets, REACH and RoHS compliance,
and ESG supplier assessments * Assist in risk analysis (supply base concentration, single-source dependency, geopolitical risk mapping) * Support global RFQ/RFP processes (data collection, bid normalization, TCO modelling, award recommendations) * 2–5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain analytics, or operations * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field * Strong MS Excel (advanced), Power BI, and SAP/ERP experience * Experience with spend analytics tools (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or similar) is a plus * Solid understanding of procurement processes: sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and PO management * Excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights * Ability to work across different time zones and multicultural teams In this role you will enable cost optimization and stronger supplier performance across ABB's global procurement network.
