Job Description
we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist on a fixed-term contract to join our team at Rome Business School.
The selected candidate will ensure a smooth and high-quality student experience from the post-enrollment phase onward.
They will act as the main point of contact for students' non-academic needs, supporting both international and domestic students in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities




Support students with on-boarding processes and student Journey
Deliver welcome and orientation activities
Manage communications via email, phone, and in person
Coordinate with external providers, including housing, relocation, and other student services
Organize events and engagement activities in collaboration with other teams
Identify and manage student benefits and partnerships
Monitor and support the student requests and provide regular reporting
Requirements
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages xlwpduy are considered a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast- paced, international environment
Good IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of Rome and local services
