Join Technogym's R&D; team in Cesena as an Electronics Laboratory Engineer. You will design and execute electrical test plans for prototype and power electronics, ensuring safety and EMC/EMI compliance while keeping lab operations efficient. You'll support design validation through testing, analysis, and troubleshooting to drive robust product development. Define and execute electrical test strategies for components and early-stage prototypes;
perform verification and FMEA with R&D; collaboration
Validate power stages and peripherals via simulations and lab equipment, aligning with design specs
Conduct full-prototype functional validation under diverse conditions to ensure requirements are met
Troubleshoot EMC/EMI issues and apply design-for-compliance practices to international standards




Maintain laboratory operations and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency
Produce detailed test reports and compliance documentation to support design and certification
Responsabilità
Master's Degree in Engineering (Electronics or Telecommunication)
Experience in a similar R&D; or Quality role
Fluent in English (min level B2 CEFR)
Knowledge of IEC *******, IEC *****, IEC *******, CISPR-14 / EN ***** or similar
Knowledge of measurement equipment and test methods for electronic testing and debugging
Familiarity with electronic design, cable harness design, component manufacturing, and CAD/PLM/ERP tools
Team-oriented attitude with initiative and accountability
