In this role you drive content and creative outputs for global campaigns within the Legal Software unit. You'll work with Product Marketing to shape messaging and assets across Europe, ensuring brand consistency and engaging formats. You'll manage multimedia packages, localization workflows, and social content while collaborating with international teams. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who loves storytelling, digital strategy, and visual creativity, with meaningful scope to influence market messaging.Responsibilities
Develop content for global campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing
Create and distribute marketing collateral and visually compelling graphics
Research and optimize marketing messaging and campaigns
Coordinate multimedia packages (brochures, videos) and manage marketing materials inventory
Maintain documentation of marketing projects and ensure brand consistency
Oversee localization workflows for content/assets with internal and external stakeholders
Update and refine existing materials (articles, videos, factsheets) with Product Marketing




Plan and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn and Facebook and align cross-channel strategy
Support performance tracking and analysis of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
3+ years in copywriting and content production, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal tech
Strong visual sensibility and interest in art direction and multimedia production
Quick learner with openness to new marketing tools and platforms
Excellent storytelling and communication skills
Solid understanding of digital marketing and content development (articles, videos, emails, web pages)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office;
knowledge of Google Analytics, InDesign or video editing tools, Canvas, Figma, Miró is a plus
Fluent in English;
additional languages helpful (French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian)
Positive, self-starter, collaborative team player
