- Office Based / International Clients / Career Development –A real estate company is currently recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting retail expansion and store development projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development activities.
This position offers the opportunity to work with major international brands while gaining exposure to a unique niche within the commercial real estate sector.The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-facing skills, a commercial mindset, and an interest in retail, store development, or real estate-related consulting.
A proactive attitude and willingness to work closely with clients are essential.
(Ref: KK***** - Please include this when making any enquiries.)ResponsibilitiesSupport retail expansion and store development projects for clientsBuild and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clientsConduct market research and identify suitable business opportunitiesCoordinate with landlords, retailers, and other stakeholders throughout project executionAttend regular client meetings and site visitsSupport business development and sales activitiesAssist in preparing proposals, reports,
