/p h3Global Technical Operations Supply /h3 pGlobal Technical Operations Supply (Global TechOpS) is Chiesi's global manufacturing and supply area, responsible for ensuring consistent, outstanding quality, service and value across our end?to?end supply chain.
Global TechOpS oversees the entire lifecycle of the drug: from process optimization and industrialization, to manufacturing, engineering, quality oversight, and supply chain management.
Throughout this journey, Operational Excellence drives continuous improvement.
This end?to?end model is powered by our four manufacturing sites - Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) - together with our Virtual Plant network of external partners.
/p h3This is what you will do /h3 pThe Training Competence Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving the Site HSE Training Competence Program while supporting the implementation and governance of the Site HSE Management System.
/p pThe role ensures that employees, contractors and visitors receive the appropriate HSE training according to their roles and responsibilities and that HSE procedures, standards and documentation are effectively developed, maintained and deployed across the site.
/p pDuring the site start-up phase, the position will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the HSE Management System.
As the organization evolves, responsibilities will be periodically reviewed to ensure alignment with the site's operational maturity and business needs.
/p pSupport the implementation of the site's Major Accident Prevention Policy (MAPP) and Safety Management System (SMS) by ensuring that all personnel, contractors and relevant stakeholders receive appropriate Seveso-related training and maintain the required competencies.
/p pThe position reports to the Head of HSE.
/p h3You will be responsible for /h3 h3Training Competence Management /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain the Site HSE Training Matrix.
/li liDefine HSE competency requirements for all site roles.
/li liCoordinate mandatory HSE training programs in compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
/li liManage contractor HSE induction and qualification processes.
/li liSupport onboarding activities for new employees and external personnel.
/li liCoordinate emergency response training and drills.
/li liPromote HSE awareness campaigns and behavioural safety initiatives.
/li /ul h3Learning Management System /h3 ul liManage the HSE Learning Management System.
/li liMaintain training records and competency documentation.
/li liMonitor training completion, compliance and effectiveness through KPIs.
/li liCoordinate periodic refresher training.
/li liSupport the development of digital and e-learning training solutions.
/li /ul h3HSE Management System /h3 ul liDevelop, implement and maintain the Site HSE Management System.
/li liDraft, review and periodically update HSE procedures, standards, guidelines and work instructions.
/li liCoordinate document lifecycle management within the corporate document management platform (e.g. Veeva).
/li liEnsure HSE documentation complies with Corporate Standards, GMP expectations and applicable legislation.
/li liPromote standardization of HSE processes across the site.
/li liSupport implementation of HSE digital workflows and document approval processes.
/li liDevelop and maintain the Seveso training and competency programme in accordance with applicable legislation and corporate standards.
/li liCoordinate training related to Major Accident Prevention Policy (MAPP), Safety Management System (SMS) and Emergency Response.
/li liEnsure personnel involved in safety-critical activities maintain the required competencies.
/li liSupport emergency exercises and drills related to Major Accident scenarios.
/li liCollaborate with the Process Safety Seveso Specialist to ensure training programmes reflect current hazards, risk assessments and operational changes.
/li /ul h3Governance Assurance /h3 ul liSupport implementation and continuous improvement of ISO ***** and ISO ***** management systems.
/li liSupport internal, corporate and external audits.
/li liCoordinate HSE Management Review inputs related to training and management systems.
/li liMonitor corrective and preventive actions related to management system findings.
/li liDevelop and monitor HSE Training and Management System KPIs.
/li /ul h3Cross-functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with HR, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Corporate HSE.
/li liSupport commissioning,
operational readiness and organizational growth through effective competence development and standardized HSE processes.
/li liPromote a proactive HSE culture across the organization.
/li /ul h3You will need to have /h3 ul liDegree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety or other relevant scientific disciplines.
/li liExperience in HSE management within pharmaceutical, chemical or manufacturing environments.
/li liExperience in developing and managing training programs.
/li liKnowledge of Learning Management Systems.
/li liKnowledge of ISO ***** and ISO ***** management systems.
/li liFamiliarity with electronic document management systems (e.g. Veeva) is considered an advantage.
/li liGood knowledge of Italian HSE legislation.
/li liFluent Italian and English.
