ResponsibilitiesUpdate financial models with actuals and forecastsConduct financial analysis and sensitivities on the models, comparing returns outcomeSupport on the asset management activities, including leasing and sale processesProvide financial and qualitative analysis and prepare investment memos for Board ApprovalsDraft documents and presentations for internal/external use and governance bodiesLiaise with third parties as investors, lenders, brokers, tenants and legal/tax advisorsJoin commercial due diligence activities including market analysis and lease reviewsSupport the project management team on the technical activitiesQualificationsStudied or are studying towards a degree in Economics, Finance or Real EstateThe preferred candidate has already completed all the exams (or close to)



and is the process of preparing the final dissertationNo prior real estate experience is required, however a strong interest in the field and willingness to learn are fundamental.
Strong passion for real estate sectorFluent EnglishExcellent command of English (particularly written)Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and ExcelStrong analytical skillsProactive and autonomous approachAble to manage different tasks under pressureUnderstand the mechanics of the Italian real estate market and the entire asset management processWe are an equal opportunity employer and support workforce diversity.
