WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Drive business development in Italy: identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities and new markets * Act as product expert for passive components * Enable and support distributor FAEs and sales teams through joint visits, technical consulting, and local commercial support * Deliver technical product trainings to distributors and FAE community, highlighting technological trends and USPs of push products * Coordinate and manage design?in activities at end customers in partnership with distributors, ensure project follow?up and conversion * Understand customer requirements (commercial and technical), nurture relationships, and provide solution?oriented advice * Maintain and establish long?term relationships with distributors and end customers while ensuring open communication with internal stakeholders * Monitor competitors and perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities * Success is measured by demand creation, project generation,
and POS growth in the region WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical qualification * Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales?driven role or engineering position with customer interaction * Strong technical knowledge (ideally for passive components) and enthusiasm for technology * Solid commercial understanding and ability to combine technical depth with business * Solution?oriented, customer?focused, proactive, and accountable working style * Excellent networking and presentation skills * Proficient in MS Office, experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus * Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) * Willingness to travel (approx. 40%), valid driving license required Panasonic is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
