/b /p ul liImplement, configure, and maintain enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, cloud-based SaaS platforms) to support business processes, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance.
/li liProvide advanced technical support (Level III), diagnosing and resolving incidents, managing service requests and problem-resolution activities in line with SLAs.
/li liAct as the primary liaison between business users, application vendors, and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
/li liMonitor application performance and availability, performing root-cause analysis of failures, bottlenecks and integration issues and implementing corrective measures.
/li liDevelop and execute test plans, regression testing and UAT activities for application changes and releases, ensuring quality prior to production deployment.
/li liManage application security, user roles, permissions, access controls, and data integrity across environments.
/li liDevelop training materials and deliver end-user training to drive adoption of new features and best practices.
/li liCoordinate application upgrades, patches and releases, maintaining configuration documentation, system specifications and knowledge repositories.
/li /ul ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
/li liAt least 5 years of experience in application support, administration and implementation of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, SaaS), including software lifecycle management and IT service/incident/change management.
/li liStrong technical skills in application configuration, system integrations, APIs, data flows,
and testing methodologies (regression testing, defect management, UAT); familiarity with data management tools such as Snowflake is a plus.
/li liFluent English at C1 level (spoken and written); Italian fluency required for daily collaboration in Italy.
/li liAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and organizational skills; proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
