HDG is looking for a motivated Art Director / Graphic Designer to join the international team in the Milan office.DESCRIPTIONThe profile required is a key figure within the agency in the strategic and design development of products and services.
He/she is able to translate clients' needs and briefs into targeted and original creative ideas.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign branding projects (developing strategies based on the pillars: purpose, positioning, personality, values, brand architecture, naming) and offer articulated and complex solutionsCreare innovative and multichannel creative conceptsRealise benchmarks functional to the strategic conceptionDesign and manage communication campaignsExperiment with innovative and cutting?edge creative solutionsDesign verbal and creative contentDevelop and manage creative projects of a transversal nature designing the entire consumer experienceManage frontline customer relations by translating customer needs into innovative and effective creative languageDevelop accurate, well?defined and persuasive verbal and written presentationsREQUIRED SKILLSAt least 2/3 years agency experienceExperience in art direction for photo and video productionsCombination of strategic,
