The function works closely with HR teams across countries, providing guidance and support while local HR teams ensure implementation within their respective organizations.
In addition, the role directly supports the delivery, planning, coordination and follow-up of training and development initiatives for Italy and for selected strategic populations at global level, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate training activities and learning initiatives at corporate level, supporting planning, organization, launch, execution, and follow-up.Monitor training participation and prepare learning analytics reports to support follow-up, visibility, and decision-making.Maintain learning management systems, training records, and related documentation with accuracy and attention to data quality.Support competence assessment and development planning processes,
helping ensure consistent execution and stakeholder alignment.Collaborate with the different stakeholders involved in training and development initiatives, building effective relationships with HR teams, business stakeholders, the local HR community, and external providers.RequirementsDegree in humanities or a related field.At least one year of experience in HR Departments or Consulting firmsFluent English.Good digital skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to work with learning systems such as SuccessFactors.Excellent organizational skills and good interpersonal abilities, collaboration mindset, strong motivation and willingness to continuously improve; good ability to manage priorities and own time effectively.What We OfferContract Type: 1-year fixed termFor this position the annual gross salary will be no less than € ******Transparency NoticeThe company reserves the right, at the end of the selection process, to make an offer with a different salary than that indicated in this announcement, consistent with the professional experience, technical skills, and transversal competencies possessed by the candidate.
