Overview In this role, you will support the Organization Development & Workforce Planning function by delivering actionable workforce metrics and insights. You will drive monthly budgeting and headcount cost analyses to inform decisions and optimize processes. You will monitor inclusion and equity KPIs and contribute to sustainability reporting, aligning with CSRD requirements. You will collaborate cross-functionally to design programs that boost organizational effectiveness and workforce planning. This is a data-driven role with a focus on improving efficiency and people-centric outcomes within Prysmian.
