Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to content creators and influencers using Meta and Instagram tools. * Assist with subscription management, account troubleshooting, and technical queries. * Offer expert guidance on marketing tools and platform features. * Conduct outbound calls to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.



* Identify trends and resolve issues for small and medium-sized business clients.
