Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive the Inquiry-to-Order process for the Bushings product line, combining technical insight with commercial focus. You'll support Regional Account Managers and the Product Sales Team to deliver technically sound and customer-focused proposals. You will shape solutions by coordinating costing, lead times, and technical specifications, ensuring a smooth handover to execution. The position sits within a global sales team and collaborates with Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering. This is a hands?on opportunity to influence product customization and contribute to GE Vernova's electrification mission. Retribuzione / Benefits * Manage the full Inquiry-to-Order process from technical definition to costing and price generation * Provide technical input and commercial coordination for customer proposals * Define technical solutions that meet customer specs in collaboration with Tendering * Set product costing and lead times with Procurement and Supply Chain * Track technical specifications and costing data to support contract execution * Support smooth handover into the OTR phase for product customization and implementation * Resolve technical and commercial issues and elevate complex cases when needed Responsabilità * Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (or related field) * Strong cross?functional collaboration skills (Sales, Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering) * Ability to translate customer specifications into practical technical solutions * Experience in costing, quotation preparation, and lead time definition * Good command of English; Italian is an advantage * Interest in the electrical industry; experience in power transmission or distribution is a plus * Strong problem?solving skills and adherence to procedures Requisiti fondamentali * hybrid working model * career development * wellbeing programs * fair pay * global collaborationequal opportunity environment #J-*****-Ljbffr
