Responsibilities * You are the first point of contact in the shop and make sure our customers feel well?advised and welcome. * Your open and approachable attitude helps you quickly understand what our customers are looking for – whether it's the latest deck, the perfect snowboard binding, or a fresh streetwear outfit. * You bring your sense of trends and scene knowledge authentically into every customer interaction. * You work hand?in?hand with the team, providing support in visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations. * You continuously develop your skills through trainings, product workshops, and support from your team. Our Requirements * Initial experience or completed apprenticeship in retail is a plus but not required – what matters most is that you are motivated and eager to learn. * You identify with the world of board sports and streetwear culture and have a strong sense for their community and lifestyle. * You are communicative, curious,
and actively engage with customers to offer excellent customer service. * You value teamwork, respect, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. * You are interested in a long?term collaboration, bring initiative, and want to develop both personally and professionally.
