-- We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to join Generali Group Head Office, contributing to evolution of digital channels and customer-facing capabilities.
The role will help drive alignment across Group and local Business Units, ensuring clear priorities, effective governance, timely decision-making, and consistent execution across transformation workstreams.
Key responsibilities will include: Transformation governance: support structured planning, milestone tracking, decision points, risks, issues, and dependencies across strategic digital initiatives Digital channels evolution: contribute to the development and enhancement of digital channels, customer-facing journeys, and related business capabilities Stakeholder and senior management alignment: coordinate business, IT, local BU, vendor, and executive stakeholders to ensure shared priorities, timely decisions, and effective escalation Executive reporting and decision support: provide clear, concise, and insight-driven reporting to governance forums, steering committees, and senior leadership Risk and dependency management: identify and monitor critical risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies that may affect timeline, quality, business readiness, or adoption Business readiness and adoption enablement: support the preparation of BUs for rollout, ensuring operational impacts, change needs, and expected benefits are properly tracked Knowledge sharing and change enablement: promote awareness of digital capabilities, share good practices, and support consistency across Business Units where relevant Main tasks: Define, maintain, and monitor integrated program plans, milestones, deliverables, and governance calendars Coordinate recurring program meetings, steering committees, working groups, and follow-up actions Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, decision papers, meeting packs, and presentation materials Track risks, issues, dependencies,
assumptions, and mitigation actions across workstreams and BUs Collect and consolidate updates from business, IT, operations, vendors, and local BU teams Support escalation management by preparing concise summaries, options, impacts, and recommended next steps Support cross-functional alignment by connecting business needs, delivery priorities, and stakeholder expectations Requirements: 5-10 years' experience in strategic consulting, transformation, digital operations, or business project roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector Significant experience in international environment and digital transformation field Excellent educational background, preferably in STEM Excellent skills and proficiency in managerial reporting Proficiency on digital technologies and trends Proven exposure to digital innovation and transformation initiatives and disruptive technologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Project management skills, including the ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams Strong communication skills, including the capacity to influence stakeholders using business acumen High attention to detail and ability to produce high quality deliverables within tight timescales Proactivity, adaptability and ownership mindset Analytical and critical thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities Strong motivation and result oriented What we offer We offer employment at the VI level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 45K€ and 60K€.
The final offer will be aligned with the candidate's professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
