Purpose of the position As International HR Learning Specialist, you will join the People Learning and Development team at Saipem SpA, based in Milan. How can you support us? * Definition of the budget and related forecasts in compliance with the company's authorization cycles and established guidelines * Collaboration with managers to identify training needs and develop necessary training plans * Design and implementation of training programs with particular attention to mandatory training * Evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and analysis of results * Monitoring training activities and reporting on defined KPIs * Coordination with external providers for organizing courses and workshops * Promotion of a learning culture within the organization * Feeding and updating training information within company systems What are we looking for? Education: A degree in humanities, psychology, or human resources management; a master's degree in training or HR will be considered a plus. Background: 3–5 years of experience in corporate training, especially in complex organizations with multiple locations in Italy and abroad. Professional experience abroad will be considered a plus. Languages:
Proficiency in English and French is a mandatory requirement. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered an additional asset. Technical/IT Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of SAP for monitoring and reporting HR processes is preferred. Familiarity with an LMS (Learning Management System), preferably Oracle, is mandatory. What else should you know?
