Experteer Overview In this role you will translate customer needs into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial processes. You will work within Promat to support design, testing, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering. You'll troubleshoot technical inquiries, prepare documentation, and drive continuous improvement across projects. This position offers international scope across Poland, Italy, Spain, France or Belgium and a focus on practical, solution-oriented engineering. You will help shape safer, more efficient industrial solutions while growing your technical leadership in a supportive, development?oriented culture. Retribuzione / Benefits * Provide technical application support to customers and colleagues * Develop compliant insulation and refractory solutions * Interpret customer requirements and specifications * Support projects from design through to after-sales * Prepare and review technical documentation * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations * Respond to technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues * Collaborate with Sales, Product Management,
