Experteer Overview In this role you will champion the FLIGHT DECK operating method at the plant, partnering with the Plant Manager to drive lean transformation and process excellence. You'll scale the FLIGHT DECK framework across processes, coaching teams and aligning initiatives with business priorities. You will lead cross?functional, senior?level collaboration to deliver measurable improvements and a sustainable mindset shift toward continuous improvement. Retribuzione / Benefits * Define, prioritize, and execute the plant transformation and business improvement roadmap with the Plant Manager * Align plant and BU initiatives with Avio Aero FLIGHT DECK strategy and guidelines * Build capability in the direct team and wider plant organization through coaching and structured growth plans * Lead deployment and sustained adoption of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals across plant processes * Foster continuous improvement culture aligned with SQDC priorities and Avio Aero strategy * Monitor transformation impact on customer satisfaction and key business indicators * Facilitate sharing and scaling of best practices between central FLIGHT DECK team and the plant Responsabilità * Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain * Proven track record in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, or Continuous Improvement * Strong expertise in Lean tools and methodologies (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban, Material Flow, JIS/JIT, Jidoka, Problem Solving, Daily Management Systems) * Ability to lead cross?functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization * Strong presence to influence senior leaders and managers * Ability to work effectively in a matrix and dual?reporting environment * Strong facilitation, coaching, teaching, and interpersonal communication skills * Fluent in English (written and spoken) * Work Visa required in accordance with local regulations * Strong analytical and problem?solving skills linked to SQDC priorities Requisiti fondamentali * Performance related bonuses and local premio scheme * Flexible benefits platform * Life and injury insurance * Private medical cover * Employee assistant program * English and languages training for you and one family member #J-*****-Ljbffr
