Job description Join our team dedicated to the Customer Relationship Center, supporting business transformation and digitalization projects in an international context. Responsibilities * Deliver requirements documentation for CRC?related projects * Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams * Prepare configuration guidelines for system implementation * Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met * Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into application requirements * Identify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements * Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design * Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams Profile * 5?7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in international projects * Experience in requirements gathering, documentation,
