Responsibilities * Support the Agency team in the day-to-day management of performing financing transactions * Assist with onboarding of new mandates, including collection and review of transaction documentation * Support with data remediation and data quality activities related to the credit portfolio * Maintain and update transaction data, records and reporting within the management system * Support drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, payment processes and reconciliation activities * Monitor key contractual dates, conditions precedent and ongoing obligations * Assist in the preparation of client communications, notices and periodic reports * Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (lenders, borrowers, legal advisors) * Support portfolio monitoring activities * Assist senior team members on restructuring or special situation mandates, including:



amendments and waivers restructuring of existing facilities coordination across multiple creditor groups * Contribute to process optimisation and data quality initiatives Requirements * University degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related fields * 0–2 years of experience in financial services, banking, consulting, transaction services or similar environments * Strong interest in financial transactions and credit markets * Solid analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proactive and reliable attitude, with a willingness to learn * Good communication skills * Fluent in Italian and in English (written and spoken) * Good Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems or reporting tools is a plus #J-*****-Ljbffr
