Role Description The Paralegal specialized in trademarks is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area. This role involves managing trademark portfolios, preparing and filing trademark applications, and monitoring deadlines through docketing systems. The position includes supporting attorneys in trademark searches and due diligence activities, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and correspondence with clients, agents, and authorities. The paralegal will also assist with basic patent and copyright-related administrative tasks, contribute to case preparation,



and help ensure compliance with relevant intellectual property regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of trademarks and practical experience in managing trademark portfolios and procedures.
- Familiarity with patent law and the ability to support attorneys with basic patent-related documentation.
- Proficiency in docketing and deadline management using IP management or case tracking systems.
- Understanding of copyright law and ability to assist with registration and related documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; specialized training in intellectual property is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian; good command of English is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity software and comfort working with digital document management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff, maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.
