ADVIN GLOBAL is a leading developer of immersive AR/VR and 3D solutions, recognized for its patented VR simulators, large-scale cultural projects, and enterprise-grade AR VR applications for global brands like Coca-Cola, VISA, and Lacalut.
With over 250 projects across healthcare, retail, education, e-commerce and public institutions, we are now expanding our impact in Europe — and we are looking for a strong Business Development Manager in Italy to help make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Augmented and Virtual reality, 3D Production across Italy and EU markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients in healthcare, education, culture, e-commerce, real estate etc.
Lead full-cycle sales: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and project teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Represent ADVIN GLOBAL at relevant events, conferences, and meetings across Italy and Europe.
Provide market feedback and contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy in the region.




Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in agency, creative tech , IT or SaaS).
Proven ability to close deals and meet targets in dynamic and innovative markets.
Understanding of digital products, especially immersive technologies (AR, VR, 3D).
Fluent Italian and Ukrainian?? ??
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
