We are currently looking for a Controller.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
Monitor operating costs and analyze variances against budget targets.
Collect and analyze financial data from all hotel departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other operating areas.
Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure the accuracy of financial records and reconciliations.
Develop ad hoc analyses and reports to support management and business decision-making.
Support the definition, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the implementation of business intelligence tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in controlling, auditing,
or accounting roles within structured organizations or consulting firms.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis tools.
Knowledge of the USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) framework is considered a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.G., Power BI) is an advantage.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Genuine interest in the luxury hospitality industry.
Employment Terms Full-time employment under the Italian Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Turismo).
Gross annual salary starting from €35,000.
