/p pWe are seeking experienced CSA Engineers to join our team on a large-scale data centre project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) elements of the works, ensuring that quality, safety, and programme requirements are consistently achieved.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with subcontractors, the quality team, and design engineers.
/p pThe role will be based on site on our project in Milan.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liChecking works carried out and ensure quality control in maintained throughout /li /ul ul liWork part of the Quality team to ensure finished works meet standards required, managing quality of the works set against approved benchmarks, actively coordinate with the QA managers to ensure the correct documentation is submitted in a timely manner by the contractors.
/li liLiaise with sub-contractors on tracking progress against schedule and carry out sub-contractor meetings.
/li liManage site documentation.




/li liAttend and actively participate in Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning, Co-ordination and lookahead meetings, as well as Handover Meetings.
/li liReview drawings with design team and effectively solve any issues.
/li liActively monitor and snag contractors works ensuring works is installed as per the approved drawings and spec ensuring the highest quality is achieved to ensure zero defects, snag list to be raised on the approved platform and issued to the contractors with follow up walks and close out reports to be issued in a timely manner as the approved QMS.
/li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liRelevant bachelor's or master's degree degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or related discipline.
/li liMinimum of 3 years' experience, ideally on large-scale construction or data centre projects.
/li liStrong knowledge of CSA construction methodologies, QA/QC processes, and Health Safety compliance.
/li liProven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage works to programme.
/li liCompetent in reading, reviewing, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
/li liExcellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
/li liProficient in IT, with experience using construction management platforms for snagging, documentation, and reporting.
