What You'll do Grow@Hilti program – Sales You are fluent in English and in Italian; You have spent a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment; You are a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others; You are mobile: ready to move to another city and start your career; You hold a driving license (from at least 1 year).

After 30 months on the programme and feedback on your journey, you will be ready for a team leader or specialist role within Sales or Marketing Department.
Compensation Package: Permanent, full-time contract.
