-- Overview The ideal candidate is an IT/Business professional with a strong finance and accounting background and proven experience in managing IT projects related to Finance and Procurement processes.
The role requires effective cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders to support leadership in managing complex project activities, including the preparation of project deliverables, process design, and continuous business alignment.
By defining the current and future state of the Menarini Group's business processes, identifying risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving towards innovative technology solutions, this person must be: A talented IT/Business professional who thrives on complex, high-stakes challenges.
Determined to succeed by ensuring the timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions.
The role will lead as Project Manager the effective implementation, management, and optimization of Finance and Procurement solutions and their related integrations,



actively driving system integrators and internal stakeholders.
The candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, managing required customizations, defining technical guidelines and standards, and cooperating with Solution Architects and Infrastructure Leads for system configuration and landscape setup.
Furthermore, the candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into clear requirement documents.
They will write compelling business cases and proposals, deliver cost-effective solutions, and proactively track business feedback to build continuous improvements into future releases.
Main Activities Proven experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on Finance and Procurement processes; Deep knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Contract Experience with SAP is considered a plus.
