YOUR OPPORTUNITY In Deloitte Legal you will have the opportunity to explore the future of legal services in an international and multidisciplinary environment, where new ideas find fertile ground and growth possibilities are endless.
You will work in the Corporate Compliance ESG team at our Milan office.
Your Role and Responsibilities Assistance in the design, development, and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs for companies and corporate groups, including multinational ones (health and safety in the workplace, food compliance, Anticorruption, environmental compliance, Whistleblowing); Implementation and updating of Ethical Codes and Organizational, Management, and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree ******** and support for the activities of the Supervisory Body; Design and implementation of delegation and power of attorney systems; Opinions and due diligence in Corporate Compliance and ESG; ESG projects, including ESG Governance, ESG Business Conduct, transformation into agevolazioni corporations, ESG certifications, sustainable supply chain, and ESG training.




Our Requirements You fit the profile we are looking for if you have obtained a master's degree in law, wish to undertake or have already undertaken legal practice in Corporate Compliance, have a strong interest in the subject, and an excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 level).
Teamwork attitude, strong relational and communication skills, proactivity, and flexibility complete the profile.
