PRODUCT MANAGER (Maternity Leave Cover)
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Product Manager to join our Marketing team on a maternity cover contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of leading Consumer Healthcare brands, supporting the definition and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth across the Italian market.
Working in a dynamic and international environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Media and Global Marketing to ensure flawless execution of brand plans and product launches.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Execute brand plans in line with business objectives.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze sales performance, market share, distribution and key business KPIs, translating data into actionable recommendations and insights.
Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
Support the management of innovation projects, product launches, and packaging updates in collaboration with the Global Marketing team and cross-functional teams.
Support the coordination and development of promotional materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal approval processes.
Support marketing spending review,
monitor investments and evaluate campaign ROI.
Partner with the Sales team to develop customer activation plans and maximize in-store execution.
Build strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or related disciplines.
Experience in Brand Management, Product Management or Marketing within Consumer Healthcare, OTC, FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries.
Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Attitude
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate business insights.
Project management and organizational skills.
Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
What we offer
Location: Milan, Via Melchiorre Gioia n.70
Working hours: Full-time ****** hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)
Lavoro da remoto: Up to 2 days per week
Gross Annual Salary Range: €35,000–€39,000
Meal vouchers: €8 per day worked on-site
