Senior Implementation Consultant - LinkedIn Talent Solutions (12 Month FTC) * Full-time * Hybrid workplace * Department: GBO * Location: Milan LinkedIn is expanding the team that drives customer value through product adoption and implementation of our core Talent Solutions. You will serve as a short?term, client?facing project manager, executing project plans, driving change management, and ensuring client utilization and optimization of LinkedIn's new AI Agent, Hiring Assistant, and other Talent Solutions. Responsibilities * Lead customers through defined implementation engagements focused on change management, stakeholder alignment, and solution adoption. * Execute and adapt project plans to guide clients through strategic milestones with an eye toward long?term impact. * Conduct consultative sessions to help customers navigate change, drive adoption, and align LTS tools with their recruiting strategy. * Deliver virtual experiences that are engaging, strategic, and aligned to business outcomes. * Partner with internal teams to represent the voice of the customer, providing feedback to enhance solutions and future strategy. Basic Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Implementation, Change Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Consultancy, and/or Training roles. * Business fluency in Italian and English. Preferred Qualifications * Professional, authentic, and confident presence and communication style.
* Experience working with multiple customers with strong prioritization skills. * Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong relationships. * Consultative approach to training and leading through change. * Strong ability to derive insight from utilization data to address client goals. * Excellent problem?solving and collaboration skills. * Ability to learn quickly and have bright technical aptitude. * First?hand experience with virtual webinar tools, Salesforce, Smartsheets, and LinkedIn products. * Project?management certification. Suggested Skills * Account Management * Project Management * Consulting Compensation and Benefits Pay range: €56,000 to €67,000 per year with an annual performance premio of 0–10 %. Total rewards may include stock, healthcare, meal vouchers, and other incentive compensation plans. Compensation is based on skill set, experience, and certifications.
